How Vina Cash Back handles your information

This policy describes the information used to operate accounts, Cash Back, bookings, payments, fraud prevention and customer support.

Information collected

We process account and contact details, merchant business information, bookings, invoices, reward transactions, device/security records and support messages. Card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider; this application stores provider identifiers and masked card details.

Why it is used

Information is used to authenticate users, deliver requested services, calculate Cash Back and commissions, process payments, prevent abuse, reconcile accounts and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared only with service providers and participating parties needed for the transaction, such as the selected merchant, our payment provider and operational email providers. Access to sensitive merchant data is restricted and audited.

Your choices

You can update profile information, manage sessions and security settings, review notifications and contact support to request access or correction. Some financial records must be retained for audit purposes.
